Great question! I have a post that walks you through exercises to find out the person you want to be - i.e. HOW you want to show up in your life. That&#039;s a great place to start. We don&#039;t instantly trust a stranger - we first have to get to know them. Then like them. Then we trust them. Confidence is about trusting ourselves.
