I’m Sandy, your Stress Coach & Conscious Parenting Mama.

I spent decades being anxious, reactive, chronically stressed about needing to be productive at all times, and worrying over everything and anything.

My journey and studies taught me what I like to call Graceful Resilience.

Graceful Resilience combines somatic-work to calm the nervous system; values-work to get to know, like and trust ourselves; compassionate-work to learn to communicate with ourselves in a supportive way; and cognitive-work to break old patterns.

For almost a decade, I’ve been coaching others to find their inner calm and wisdom.

Since becoming a mother, more parents have been coming to me to reduce their stress and reactivity so they can be the parent they want to be, while also learning to relax and find peace and fulfillment.

As a Conscious Parenting Mama, I realized I’ve been teaching adults how to re-parent themselves, and learn the self-regulation and self-compassion skills they didn’t learn growing up.

So now as they are learning these essential tools for themselves, they can teach these skills to their kids.
