This was the story of my life! Don’t even get me started on the physiological bullsh*t that went along with all that jazz – indigestion, nausea, IBS, tension headaches, muscle aches, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety and panic attacks, stress hives – plus the ADD, terrible short term memory and procrastination to boot!
And how about feeling guilty when you take time to rest or say no to someone, or always looking for ways to get out of social activities! Jeez I could go on and on…
How I didn’t realize I had anxiety for so many years is beyond me!
My path to freedom began with holistically trying to solve my insomnia and dropping the sleeping meds. That’s when I realized that the reason I had insomnia was this anxiety – the incessant, obnoxious, ever-pervasive thoughts that WOULD NOT STOP as I lay in bed trying to sleep.
I spent months researching, reading, studying and experimenting. I studied Ayurveda to treat myself mind, body and spirit. To understand how everything I did and experienced was connected. I studied neuroplasticity and the science of habits (because anxiety at it’s core is a habit – and habits can be broken!). Through the study and practice of mindfulness and a daily meditation practice I truly understood through experience how to create the freedom from automatic reactions (fear, anger, sadness, vulnerability…) and instead to react how I choose – and I choose happiness and kindness, in case you’re wondering!
For the first time in my life, I was able to sleep! Like, through the night – without drugs! I felt like I could finally breathe. My constant fears started to drift away. I was able to make decisions and feel confident about them. I stopped caring what people thought about me because I knew I was living in tune with my values. I’m finally living the life I always wanted and feel f*cking fantastic about it.
After that, I wanted more than anything to spend the rest of my life showing others that happiness and freedom are absolutely possible!
I became a certified Health Coach and Life Coach to learn how to guide people through transformation. I became an Ayurvedic practitioner to add to my experience as a certified yoga teacher to incorporate a truly holistic approach to my program. I trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and meditation to further incorporate science-based proven methods.
This program is for women who have been suffering from chronic stress and anxiety, who feel trapped by their thoughts and emotions and want to gain the freedom, confidence and energy to pursue their dreams of a happy and fulfilled life.
You may be dealing with self-doubt or self-bullying, insecurity, fear, lack of control over your emotional responses and thoughts, procrastination, or feeling stuck in life. You know that you’re capable of so much more, yet you feel paralyzed and unable to move forward. You’re experiencing overwhelm, anxiety and stress and can’t seem to break free of your comfort zone in order to create the change, the life, or the dream you’re craving.
In our time together, you’ll learn how to:
We’ll start with an initial 60-minute session to explore your current situation and barriers and give me a deep sense of your self-narratives and strengths. We’ll set clear goals for the next 3 months and then progress in moving you towards them.
We’ll then meet for 11 weekly 60-minute coaching sessions to ignite, motivate and inspire you into action and help you develop insight into what’s in your way, to help you get unstuck and transform. You’ll change your relationship with your thoughts and learn to hear and trust your intuition.
Through the process, you’ll learn how to be your own coach so you can continue growing on your path long after the program ends.

I totally understand, and I 100% used to feel the same way. It can feel like a lot of money to invest in something not physically tangible. We are used to spending $1k or $2k on a week long vacation, a nice TV, one month’s mortgage, a couch, massages, mani-pedis, yoga and gym memberships, or bills for our physical health.
These are things we can see, feel, hear or touch. It’s harder to conceptualize the value of investing money on our mental and emotional health, freedom, confidence, personal power, peace of mind, happiness and fulfillment. But these things can truly improve your quality of life – for the rest of your life – as well as for those you love.
