These practices are a beautiful experience reconnecting with other women, face to face, heart to heart and to discover your core values, reacquainting you with your true self so you can live authentically and unapologetically.

Yoga and Meditation
We’ll practice yoga together (appropriate for any and all levels of yoga experience) and I’ll lead you through guided meditations all to find balance and peace from within, and connect with the present moment.

Wood-fired Sauna
This sauna is a magical place, especially when followed by a cool dip in the nearby mountain stream.

And more!
This beautiful property has perfect walking trails for mindful nature walks, plenty to explore and experience. We’ll also practice silent mornings, giving every woman a chance to quietly connect with herself, without any pressure to put on a face or hide behind her personality.

About the venue…

Maine’s first Green~Certified earth~friendly retreat center, Nurture Through Nature, rests on 33 mountainside, forested acres in the heart of western Maine’s Lakes and Mountains region. We are a solar-powered, off the grid retreat with private hiking trails along our spring~fed mountain brook leading to long views of Mount Washington and the White Mountains.

Nurture Through Nature was founded on the premise that retreating inward in a manner that supports your connection to the natural world and your own true nature is invaluable. We support your journey, your healing, your joy and your interconnection to all of life.

Notice: Nurture Through Nature is an eco-retreat. While all necessities and comforts are provided, the toilets are outdoor, compostable toilets and the showers are separate from the lodgings, heated by solar power. Think of this as a step above a “glamping” retreat! After an intensive nearly 2 years of inside screen-time, this place is quite literally, a breath of fresh air!

All public health requirements due to COVID-19 will be followed. As of today, there are no requirements to be vaccinated or to quarantine before coming. You will be updated closer to the retreat date with any specific directions you will need to follow.

Meet Your Retreat Leaders

Hi! I’m Sandy Woznicki, Stress and Anxiety Coach & Retreat Leader

Mama. Wifey. Doggo snuggler. Coffee lover. Recovered anxiety-riddled stress-aholic.

Having been fed up of a lifetime of anxiety, I found resilience training work several years ago after I’d tried different forms of therapy, medication (and self medication) without getting the results I wanted.

I soon started combining the work with mindfulness and meditation, which accelerated my progress and changed my life completely. From a state of anxiety, ADHD, self bullying and panic attacks to joy, peace and excitement about life, and a newfound ability to quickly bounce back when life gets challenging.

Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and meditation, and as a certified health and life coach and yoga teacher, I’ve spent the last several years coaching women and teaching workshops both live and online.

It’s been my dream for over a decade to lead women on a immersive self-discovery retreats, to create a safe space to grow, heal and connect.

Stress and Anxiety Coach
Kelly Flagg

Meet Kelly Flagg, Lifestyle Coach & Retreat Co-Leader

Kelly Flagg is a lifelong lover of all things health & wellness! In her mid 30’s after several stressful life events (Divorce, several moves and a high stress corporate job) she found herself injured and unable to exercise in the way she had relied on for so many years!

It was during this time that her love for nutrition, healthy foods and gentler exercise grew, and she knew she was meant for a greater purpose. To help stressed out women become their best future self! What does this mean? It means leaving behind the idea of “getting back to” somewhere you have previously been, and instead focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes to bring you to your best health at any age.

She focuses on health of the mind, body and skin through nutrition and exercise and believes every deserves to feel great!
