For most of my life I was an anxious ball of stress.

I never knew how to turn off the stress or let go of the worry thought floating in my head. I couldn’t even relax my stomach muscles if I tried because I was constantly tense.

I had insomnia since childhood, my mind always racing as I counted down the number of hours of sleep I’d get if I fall asleep right now.

If someone cut me off in traffic I’d instantly be incredibly angry and it would stick with me most of my day. I never felt like I had control over how I responded to anything, which was usually a fear or anger response.

I beat myself up so much that every day when I left the office I’d spend the whole walk back to my car, the drive home and through the evening telling myself that anyone could do my job better than me and I’ll probably get fired.

I almost always came up with excuses not to go to social events or to leave early because I was convinced that no one would like me or talk to me or they would make fun of me because I deserve it.

The transformation away from this lifestyle was GAME CHANGING.

I truly believe that if more people can learn to change their relationship with stressful situations, to live a happier more peaceful life, that the world will start to see an impact.

SESSION 1: Reverse the Stress Response

Session 1 contains a simple act to help give you instant relief from stress and anxiety in the moment when you’re experiencing it.

You’ll learn:
* Why we have the dreaded stress response and why it’s so important.
* How smart {and dumb} our brains really are when it comes to stress.
* What to do when you feel stress and anxiety taking over.

SESSION 2: Create Lasting Resiliency Against Stress

Session 2 is about changing our relationship with stressful and anxious thoughts through meditation.

You’ll learn:
* How to start transforming your relationship with stress to develop the means to face whatever life throws at you with more grace and ease.
* The three biggest ways meditation helps us change our relationship with our thoughts to create a lasting effect of resiliency against stress, anxiety and worry thoughts.

SESSION 3: Challenge, Change and Let Go of Stress

Session 3 teaches us how to challenge, change and let go of stressful thoughts causing us worry, anxiety, self bullying or indecision. In my experience, this exercise is the most powerful tool in eliminating stress and anxiety.

You’ll learn:
* How our stressful thoughts relate to the situations that trigger them.
* The resulting emotions and behaviors of those automatic thoughts.
* How we can change our perspective in order to learn to choose our response instead of automatically reacting to stressful situations in a negative way.

SESSION 4: Cultivating Self Compassion

Session 4 is about cultivating compassion and empathy to increase our capacity for forgiveness, connection to others, self-acceptance, and releasing guilt and shame.

You’ll learn:
* A profound way to kick stress, worry, judgment of others, and self-bullying through cultivating compassion with a loving kindness meditation.
* The best part is that this meditation is easy to practice and can make you feel happier in minutes.
