Hi! I’m Sandy – Stress Coach and Conscious Parenting Mama.

For decades, I was anxious, reactive, and chronically stressed. I thought if I just worked harder and controlled more, I’d finally relax. (Spoiler: that doesn’t work.)

What finally changed everything? Learning what I call Graceful Resilience—combining nervous system regulation, values alignment, compassionate self-talk, and breaking old patterns.

For the past 10 years, I’ve been coaching women through this same transformation. And here’s what I realized: I’ve been teaching adults how to re-parent themselves—to learn the self-regulation and self-compassion skills we didn’t learn growing up.

That’s what happens at this retreat. You learn to care for yourself the way you care for everyone else. I’ve been where you are. Let’s do this together.

The retreat begins with arrival and settling in at 3pm on Thursday, June 25th. The retreat ends at 11am on Sunday, June 28th after our final breakfast together.

What if I can't get away for 4 days?

Four days away isn’t selfish—it’s essential. You cannot pour from an empty cup. When you come home, you’ll be more present, more patient, more YOU. Every woman who’s attended has said: “That was the best investment I’ve ever made in myself.

I'm not a mom to young kids (or at all)—is this retreat still for me?

Yes! Here’s the deal: We say “mama” because it resonates with a lot of our participants, but the actual work we do applies to any woman who’s exhausted, overwhelmed, and has lost herself beneath her roles.

This retreat is absolutely for you if you’re:

  • A stepmom or bonus parent navigating blended family dynamics
  • A mom with adult children who still carries the mental and emotional load
  • Caring for aging parents or a partner with health needs
  • Child-free but struggling with burnout, perfectionism, or harsh self-criticism
  • An auntie, godmother, or mentor who shows up for the kids in your life

What we actually work on:

  • Nervous system regulation (helpful for ANY overwhelm)
  • Inner critic transformation (we all have one!)
  • Values discovery (who are YOU beneath your roles?)

What if I don't know anyone?

Perfect! Neither will anyone else. The women who come to these retreats connect instantly over shared experiences. You’ll leave with genuine friendships that last far beyond four days.

I have dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate?

Absolutely. All meals will be vegetarian. Our private chef works with any dietary need: vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, allergies, religious restrictions. Just let us know at checkout.

Do I need to be 'good at' yoga or meditation?

Nope! Everything is gentle, accessible, and beginner-friendly. This isn’t about performance. It’s about coming home to yourself.

Can I just rest and do nothing?

YES. All activities are optional. If you want to nap, read, soak in the hot tub all day—do it. This retreat is for YOU.

What's the cancellation policy?

More than 60 days before retreat (before April 26): Full refund minus $250 administrative fee

30-60 days before retreat (April 26 – May 26): 50% refund

Less than 30 days before retreat (after May 26): No refund, but can transfer spot to someone else

Are payment plans available?

Yes! You can choose to pay in full or your choice of payment plan options.

What should I pack?

We’ll send a detailed packing list, but bring: comfortable clothes for yoga, layers, swimsuit for hot tub, something cozy for relaxing, journal, and whatever makes you feel at home.

Don’t bring: Your to-do list, work laptop, or guilt.
