You are not your thoughts.

I am not my thoughts, just as much as I am not my sight, or my hearing, or my feelings.

Me and my spirit are so much deeper than that.

It’s just that our thoughts are so loud that we believe them as truth.

This is how we stop confusing our true selves, our spirit and who we really are are with the thoughts that we hear in our heads.

This is how we realize how much more power and control we can have over our entire human experience.

Today – Notice your self criticism. Notice yourself being hard on yourself. Watch yourself react. Step out out from under the waterfall to see your thoughts as ideas, not as truths. Become the Watcher.
