TODAY’S LESSON
Do less to do more.
(aka Reset while you pee)

Today’s lesson you’ll learn:
- Proactive versus reactive emotional regulation
- We have more time than we think we do. Let your body do the work to reset and restore.
Notice that when you are on autopilot, you simply don’t see how much time you really have.
When you spend less time on autopilot and more time in control as the Watcher, you waste less time deep in worry and rumination, and you’re able to catch yourself getting stressed and ground and reset so that you don’t get burnt out.
And these moments don’t take as long as you’d think – they just need to be practiced with intention so they can become the new habit.
Today – Pick something you’re already doing today (going to the bathroom, driving to work, doing the dishes, eating lunch) Notice when your attention wanders and come back to the present task.
