▶️ One of the most common complaints with chronic stress and anxiety is that it feels so hard to breathe, like you can’t catch your breath or there’s an elephant on your chest. And that feeling can trigger our anxiety. If our nervous system does not feel safe, we can’t think clearly or make the best decisions in tune with our authentic selves.
So step one is to start retraining the nervous system to feel safe, calm and relaxed.
In this LIVE Masterclass and Group Coaching call on September 17, 2021 at 12pmET, you learned:

October 6, 2021 4:05 pmYou sound just like I’ve felt all my life. A nervous wreck. Hating myself. I’m 74 though and it’s never changed. I will see if I’m able to sign up and follow you for whatever I have remaining in my life. I thank you so much for your honesty 🙏

October 6, 2021 8:28 pmomg, thank you so much for sharing that! Hating ourselves is a truly difficult way to live, I’ve been there! Not for 74 years, mind you, but any amount of time spent feeling less than, not good enough, defective, not lovable… is a difficult time. Without a time machine to change the past, we have today to make a change and learn from our experiences to make tomorrow better than yesterday. Wishing you the best tomorrow!
