Today’s lesson you’ll learn:

  • How to become the door person to your mind.
  • The power and control we really have is what we choose to do with our automatic thoughts.

You can’t control every thought that will pop into your head. Seriously, stop to wonder – what will you think of next?

We can’t necessarily control our automatic thoughts emotions or sensations. Nor do you have a time machine to go back and change your experience.

But the Control we have – and have been strengthening over these last few weeks – is in choosing how we want to relate to those thoughts, feelings and sensations

And the power is in choosing what we want to do next.

Today – Watch your thoughts of self-doubt as they rise. Choose what you want to do with them next. Do you want to indulge in them? Fight them? Fear them? Or do you want to step back and let them pass on by? What do you choose to do next with these thoughts?
