Yesterday you focused on connecting your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Now, let’s redirect to create a new experience – one that better suits you and your journey.

We spent a lot of week two focused on becoming non-judgmental. Which is another way to say we are becoming more open minded. We use this skill of open mindedness to create the experience we want for ourselves.

This is where we ask “what’s another way of looking at this?”

Today – When you get stressed, ask yourself: “How would I rather feel? What would I need to think to feel that way? What behavior, movement or action would bring me closer to feeling that way?”
