When we’re stressed or in pain – we are so focused on this one tiny piece of our journey and it feels like our whole existence.

When we spend our time stuck in the future and the past – we’re robbing ourselves of living in the present.

See each experience as one piece, one stepping stone on a long and beautiful journey. A piece of a whole, but not the whole itself.

Today – Notice if you are mentally in the present, past or future, if you are focusing on a single moment or seeing the full picture. If you are frustrated – zoom out to see the full scope. If you are overwhelmed – zoom in to see the next step in front of you.
