Anxiety is both mental and physical.

Our thoughts continual trigger us into stress mode. And we feel it all throughout our body.

So of course, we do the work from within to change our thinking patterns, learn how to be more compassionate towards ourselves, to accept and let go, and take control.

But we can also work from the outside in.

Tapping is a way to combat anxiety on every level: mental, emotional, physical and energetic – even spiritual!

Anxiety coach, Jennifer Bronsnick LCSW joined us in the Journeyers Membership while we taught How to Combat Anxiety Using Self Compassion. She explains what Tapping is, how it works, and then lead us through a session to reduce anxiety.
